  • Scheduling posts
  • Previewing posts
  • Scheduling options

Scheduling Posts

To get started, click the + New button in the top navigation bar and select Post. This will open up the composer, where you can craft your post.

  1. Select the social channels you’d like to include by clicking on the icons at the top of the composer.

Please note: only one X (Twitter) account can be selected at a time due to platform guidelines.

  2. If you’d like to add a tag to the post, choose the appropriate one at the top of the composer. Learn more about creating and managing tags here.

  3. Customise your post for each social network you're sharing to. If you’re sharing a similar message across networks, start with a base message to edit for each platform as needed.

  4. Click Customise for each network. This will open separate boxes for each social channel selected. For example, if you’re sharing to Facebook, X, and LinkedIn, you’ll have three boxes to customise messaging individually. If you’re sharing to multiple profiles on the same network, only one box per network will appear.

When adding media, the options you’ll see vary by social network. Here’s a quick overview:

You can drag and drop images to reorder them in multi-image posts. When rearranging, click the X to remove an image and select it in your preferred order.

Previewing Posts

As you customise your post, Postglance generates a preview, allowing you to see how your post will appear on each selected platform.

Scheduling Options

Once your posts are ready, you have several scheduling options:

  • Add to Queue: This default option places your post in the next available time slot in your posting schedule.
  • Share Next: This option saves your post at the top of your queue, making it the next one to publish, with others bumped down one slot.
  • Share Now: Immediately publishes your post, bypassing the queue.
  • Schedule Post: Opens a calendar for selecting a custom date and time in the future.
Note: Free users can schedule up to 10 posts at a time, while paid users can queue up to 2000 scheduled posts.
