Using the Calendar Feature on Postglance

Scheduling your posts is now easier than ever with Postglance's enhanced calendar. You can quickly filter posts, switch calendar views, and create new posts right from the calendar! Let’s walk through the steps.

Navigating to the Calendar and Choosing Your View

You can navigate to your calendar by clicking Schedules in the left-hand menu from your dashboard

Filtering by Social Channels, Post Type, and Tag

Social Channels

Easily view posts from one or more of your connected social channels. Click on the All Channels  to select or deselect channels, refining your view.

Post Type

Filter by post type—choose from All Posts, Queue, Published, Unpublished.

Creating, Editing, and Deleting Posts in the Calendar

Creating Posts

Click the + Create Post button, or click directly on the desired date and time. Select your social channels, compose your content, and schedule your post. Once scheduled, it will appear in the calendar on the chosen date.

Editing Posts

Click the To edit, click on the post and select Edit. Update any content or media as needed, then hit Save. If rescheduling is all that’s needed, drag and drop the post to the new date or time slot.
